Dr. Antonella Tosti
MD

Dermatologist and World Recognized Expert in Hair Disorders

Dr. Antonella Tosti, MD, is the Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami. She is a worldwide recognized expert in hair and nail disorders and contact dermatitis as well as an invited lecturer at major international conferences.

She is a Founding Member and past President of the European Hair Research Society and Secretary and Treasurer of the North American Research Society. She is the Founding Member and Secretary of the International Society of Trichoscopy.

She is editor of four textbooks on the diagnosis and treatment of hair disorders and is the author of Dermoscopy of Hair and Nails, the first hair and nail atlas on dermoscopy ever published. Professor Antonella Tosti is also the author of over 700 scientific publications.

Dr. Brent Agin
MD

Well-recognized Anti-Aging Author and Physician

Early in his career he co-authored Healthy Aging for Dummies (Wiley Publishing 2008) and Superfoods for Dummies (Wiley Publishing May 2009) while he was establishing himself as a respected wellness physician within the medical community. His commitment to excellence and genuine compassion for his patients is reflected throughout his medical practice in Clearwater, Florida.

After receiving both his undergraduate and his medical degree at Michigan State University he completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida in 2002. As a health and wellness visionary, Dr. Agin has been interviewed on numerous radio shows, featured in various magazines and is a regular speaker for nutritional seminars and workshops.

In the detox sector, Dr. Agin has been involved in both inpatient and outpatient medical detox for 10 years. He has developed medical detox protocols along with the implementation of wellness products and services into the detox regimen to improve patient outcomes. He has a special interest in the management of hormones, micronutrients and neurotransmitter therapies that can be effected by drug use and the opportunity these therapies have for long- term success.

Dr. Amy S. Ross
MD

Dermatologist specializing in Mohs Micrographic Surgery

Amy S. Ross, MD is a dermatologist specializing in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and laser treatment of skin and hair disorders. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, the most selective organization of skin cancer and reconstructive surgeons in the U.S. In 2008, Dr. Ross founded Palm Harbor Dermatology where she specializes in the treatment of skin cancer.

Dr. Ross attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and her Master of Science in Pharmaceutics.  She received her medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. After a dermatology residency at Drexel, she completed her training with a dermatologic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Ross continues her academic interest while in private practice. She has numerous publications, and has authored a book chapter on optimizing outcomes in dermatologic surgery for skin cancer.

Dr. Kevin D. Smith,
MD

Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Canada) in Ophthalmology

Dr. Kevin Smith, MD, specializes in cataract surgery and oculoplastics surgery. His cataract surgery is state-of-the-art involving a no-stitch, clear corneal, phacoemulsification (ultrasound) technique. Limbal-relaxing incisions are used to lessen the likelihood of needing distance glasses after the procedure. Specialized micro-instruments are used for any complicated cataract and iris repair.

Dr. Smith was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and his training in Ophthalmology and Oculoplastics surgery took place at Western Ontario and McGill. He settled in Ottawa, Canada, where he has a busy private practice, is a medical director at the Focus Eye care Centre and an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa, teaching cataract and eyelid surgery. He is the team ophthalmologist for the Ottawa Senators Hockey team.

In his spare time he is busy forging a family life with his wife Kathy. His summer home in Maine and his faith are pillars to him.
